At Sea to Summit Germany, we stand by the quality of our outdoor apparel and gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items in their original condition within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed, unworn items with all original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure alternative mailing bag.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized DHL or Deutsche Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
